Ingredients

  • Kangaroo Mince
  • Jasmine Rice
  • Raw Broccoli
  • Cashews
  • Nothing but honey
  • Olive Oil
  • Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. 2.Heat half the olive oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
  3. 3.Add the kangaroo mince and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
  4. 4.Remove mince and add the remaining oil, broccoli, and a splash of water to steam-fry until tender-crisp.
  5. 5.Return the mince to the pan, add the soy sauce, honey, and cashews.
  6. 6.Toss everything together for 2 minutes until the sauce glazes the meat.
  7. 7.Serve the stir-fry over the fluffy jasmine rice.
