Instructions
- 1.Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- 2.Heat half the olive oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
- 3.Add the kangaroo mince and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- 4.Remove mince and add the remaining oil, broccoli, and a splash of water to steam-fry until tender-crisp.
- 5.Return the mince to the pan, add the soy sauce, honey, and cashews.
- 6.Toss everything together for 2 minutes until the sauce glazes the meat.
- 7.Serve the stir-fry over the fluffy jasmine rice.
